Tuk-tuk rides: Look, ma, no seatbelt!

This little monkey is a a terror in the tuk-tuk. Thankfully Rithy drives fairly slowly and cautiously, occasionally watching Tristan from the rearview mirrors to make sure he hadn’t fallen out (which is sadly his only use of these implements that we can determine). Since at the last doctor’s visit we found he hadn’t gained weight in three months (but grew 3cm), now food-related strategies are in full effect. All manner of edibles go into the diaper bag – bananas, rambutans, rice cakes, you name it. If it’s in the kitchen and an easy finger food it goes in the diaper bag (with the random few pieces oftentimes forgotten, ending up days later smooshed in the bottom). Yey for Cheerios being available in Cambodia! I notice we even have around nine different flavors at the Lucky grocery store! For now the treats occupy him enough during our short trips about town, so he doesn’t use the tuk-tuk as his jungle gym.
